Hiding The News

The invisible people, held in prisons for no crime other than seeking a safe refuge. They are now wanting their voices to be heard but the British media prefers to highlight human right abuses of foreign nations rather than the UK abuses of them.

A statue has been unveiled of Mahatma Gandhi in London's Parliament Square which was described as a "magnificent tribute" by Cameron "by putting Mahatma Gandhi in this famous square we are giving him an eternal home in our country". What would be a true recognition of Gandhi would be making the asylum-seekers hunger-strike the headline news and then letting the vulnerable have a real home in our country.
