Lest We Forget

Twenty-one innocent men beheaded in Libya.

In 2011 the New York Times called the NATO bombing of Libya a model to follow and described it as a victory.

Some on the Left endorsed the NATO bombing as humanitarianism in action.

Libya is now a failed state with no functioning government and rival militias vying for control of the various cities. The jihadist faction, ISIS, Islamic State, is just one faction to have taken root where previously it was non-existent.

Egypt has resorted to retaliatory bombing. How long before NATO planes resume their bombing again?

But in case we forgot the British role, this video reminds us of Cameron's humbug, conveniently forgotten by our media.

Miliband also abetted the Libya bombing: "a just cause" he called it; "a feasible mission" he described it.
