The "Transition Period"

Just placed on-line iis a 1946 article that answers the question of the "transition period" where some fundamental features of capitalism would still remain and is taken for granted by the reform parties. The Socialist Party explains that the transition period will not be another social form but only the difficult time of re-organising production and distribution on a socialist basis and settling down to socialism.
