As India goes to the polls to decide which oligarch or plutocrat is to lead the government , according to a recent survey conducted by the child rights group Child Rights and You, more than a third of Indian children under the age of five residing in New Delhi’s slums suffer from malnutrition.  More than 50 percent of the malnourished children do not have access to clean drinking water.
