When the word “slavery” conjures up images of the African slave trade and plantations in the American Deep South. However, slavery is currently the world’s fastest growing industry -- a multi-billion dollar global enterprise with estimates as high as 27 million modern-day human slaves. This includes sex trafficking, debt slavery, forced labor, and much more.
